Kudos to "Al" at the Service Desk for correctly diagnosing my garage door opener problem over the phone and telling me how to fix it! I would really like to thank Al for the amazing service he delivered over the phone. I was racking my brain over the solution and called the company that originally installed the unit, they came and said the warranty was over and needed a new part. I was completely positive this was a hustle. So I decided to call Overhead Door of Winnipeg to try to book an appointment for someone to come and look at it but Al answered and I began to explain the situation. I sent him a quick video, he called me back and told me a step by step the solution! With his instructions, I was able to fix it easily! Thank you Al and OHD!
